Is there really no product limit?

Correct — every plan includes unlimited products. The only thing you choose is your URL allowance: the number of competitor and marketplace pages we check for you. Products are just how you organize those URLs in your dashboard. If your catalog is very large (tens of thousands of products), our AI URL-finder matches it in prioritized phases — talk to us and we'll plan the rollout together.

What counts as a URL?

Accepted Answer

Each unique product page you monitor on a competitor's site counts as 1 URL. A marketplace product page (like an Amazon listing) counts as 1 URL even when we extract every seller's price from it. Marketplaces are powerful precisely because one URL gives you many data points — which is why all-sellers marketplace coverage is counted per marketplace in your plan.

How many URLs will I actually use?

Accepted Answer

Usually fewer than the worst-case math. Your allowance is a ceiling: products that aren't listed on a given site simply don't consume URLs, and one marketplace listing covers every seller on it. Google Shopping in particular often surfaces prices from shops you'd otherwise monitor one by one — many brands start with their marketplaces plus a handful of key reseller websites — often 3–8. The free trial runs up to 50 products through real matching, so you see your true URL counts before paying anything — start at a lower step and move up only if we actually find more.

How do product variants count?

Accepted Answer

If each variant has its own page, each page counts as one URL — nothing special needed. When several variants (sizes, volumes, pack counts, colours) live on the same page, that page still counts as 1 URL and by default we track the price the page presents. Want every variant's price from that page? Enable the Variant price tracking add-on (+30% of your plan) and we extract them all — still counting just 1 URL. Variants are purchase options of the same product under one listing — different sizes, volumes, pack counts or colours on one page. Two different products that happen to share a page aren't variants; each counts as its own URL.

What counts as a marketplace?

A marketplace or aggregator is any site where a single product page displays multiple sellers and prices side by side — Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping, idealo, eMAG, Trendyol, and the same logic applies to any niche or regional platform that aggregates sellers on one page. One marketplace URL gives you many data points (every seller's price for that product), which is why we count marketplaces separately from standard competitor sites. Need a marketplace we don't already cover? Tell us — we add new ones regularly, at no additional charge.

Can you monitor websites with heavy bot protection?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and without surcharges. Anti-bot crawling infrastructure is included on every plan, and a URL counts as 1 URL whether the site is simple or protected by enterprise-grade bot defenses. Many monitoring tools quietly fail on protected sites or serve stale data; we treat hard-to-crawl sites as our job, not your problem. If nearly all of the sites you want monitored sit behind heavy protection, we may propose a custom setup — and we'll always tell you upfront, never mid-contract.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Free 14-day trial on any plan, no credit card required. You get full functionality for up to 50 products across 3 websites and 1 marketplace — all features enabled, including repricing for retailers and MAP monitoring for brands. If you continue after the trial, you choose your plan and billing starts then. If not, your account simply expires — nothing to cancel.

Question 9

Do you charge separately for API access?

Accepted Answer

No. Full API access is included on every paid plan. Many monitoring tools charge an extra 15–20% for the API as a premium add-on; we treat it as a core feature.

Question 10

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your dashboard in a couple of clicks — you won't be billed again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual plans are prepaid for the year and renew automatically unless you cancel the renewal beforehand — which you can do any time from your dashboard. You can also switch plans or URL allowances up or down during the year; we prorate the difference.

What happens if I approach my URL allowance?

You can see your usage in your dashboard at any time. If you're getting close, simply move to a bigger allowance or the next plan from your dashboard — we prorate so you never double-pay — or contact us for a custom setup. We don't auto-bill overages or silently downgrade your service.

Question 12

Can I check prices more — or less — often than daily?

Accepted Answer

Every plan checks prices once per day per URL, at the time of your choice. Retailers who need more can add 2×, 4× or 8× daily checks as add-ons. Need less than daily? For large catalogs — MAP / RRP monitoring for brands especially — where daily checks aren't necessary, we can set up weekly or custom schedules at adjusted pricing. Contact us and we'll shape it around your catalog.

Question 13

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your product catalog, competitor matches, and configuration stay saved, so if you come back you pick up exactly where you left off — no re-importing, no re-matching. You can export your full price history any time before your access ends.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Need a different payment method? Contact us and we'll sort it out — whether you're on a monthly, annual or Enterprise plan.

Question 15

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Where VAT applies, it's calculated at checkout based on your country. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are typically reverse-charged, meaning no VAT is added to the invoice.

Is there a setup fee? Do you help with onboarding?

Accepted Answer

No setup fee on any plan. Every plan from Starter up includes onboarding and setup help: we help import your catalog, run the AI matching, verify the tricky URLs, and get your first reports flowing — not a "good luck" automatch you have to clean up yourself. The Marketplace plan is the self-serve exception: guided setup with our docs, plus email support whenever you need it. Do you offer custom integrations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beyond our free API, we build custom integrations with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo), PIM tools, BI platforms (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), and custom internal systems. Contact us with your stack and we'll quote you a one-time setup cost. WooCommerce is the productized exception: automatic repricing sync into your store is a plan add-on (+15% of plan price, included free from the Business plan up) — no custom build needed.
